REGULATION

  1. Sunday November 12 with a route of 45 and 30 km starting and finishing at Plaza de Rekalde.

  2. The departure is scheduled for 9:30 a.m., showing up 15 minutes in advance at the starting area to be able to organize the group in time. The arrival will be fixed for 15:00 maximum.

  3. The online registration period will be until November 9, 2023 at 10:00 p.m. Registration can be done online through the official website: bilbaoextreme.com

  4. No refunds. In case of not being able to participate once the registration is done, you can request a change of ownership of the number.

  5. Participation is open to people over 18 years of age.

  6. Registration will close at 800 participants.

  7. Each participant will receive a gift bag with a commemorative gift of the event and a number with a chip. Likewise, at the end of the race they will have a complete refreshment station at the finish line, in addition to the different refreshments en route.

  8. The gift bag with the shirt and the number will be collected on the same day of the test in the Plaza de Rekalde from 8:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. To collect each bag you must present your D.N.I. (passport, driver's license, or photocopy) or carry proof of registration on a mobile phone or tablet.

  9. To pick up another person's number, they will have to present proof of registration, or the D.N.I. (or passport, or driver's license, or photocopy) of that other person.

  10. Throughout the entire route of the BILBAO EXTREME it is mandatory to follow the instructions of the organization, as well as of the traffic authorities located along the 45 and 30. Failure to follow the instructions may lead to exclusion from the race by the organization.

  11. Participation in the event is under the responsibility and own risk of the participants who state that they are physically fit. The organization declines all responsibility for the damages that the participants may cause or derive from them to third parties during the test.

  12. Only those people who, having registered on the indicated dates and wearing the corresponding race bib, respect all the articles of the regulations marked by the organizers will be participants in the BILBAO EXTREME.

  13. Registration in the BILBAO EXTREME implies authorization for the organization to use the images of the race on social networks, the web, the press and posters.

  • BILBAO EXTREME MARATHON, 45k: €22 until 11/05/2023, after €27

  • BILBAO EXTREME SHORT, 30k: €17 until 11/05/2023, then €23
